Generating Access Token

To generate a token to access the various services provided on the DeLight™ cloud platform, perform the following steps:

  1. Sign up for an account on the DeLight™ cloud platform. On successful sign up, you will receive an e-mail to set your password.

  2. Follow the link in the invitation e-mail to activate your DeGirum Cloud Platform account. On the activation page you will be asked for the new password.

  3. Once your account is activated, you login into the Cloud Management Portal by clicking the Login button on DeGirum Cloud Portal main page. Use your e-mail as the login name.

  4. Once logged in, you will see the DeGirum Cloud Portal Management menu. Click on the Management | My Tokens menu item to open the Tokens Management page.

  5. Generate new API token by clicking the Generate new token button. You need to provide the token name (arbitrary string) and the token expiration date (or you may select Unlimited Token option).

  6. Once the token is generated, you copy it into a clipboard by clicking the Copy button. Please save the token string in some secure place: you will need this token string on later steps in order to access the Cloud Application Server via PySDK.
